You don’t have to be stuck with a simple postcard that you can direct mail to your intended recipients. You can also use flyers, brochures, catalogs. You can also go large format like vinyl banners and posters. You can also select a more stylish means like canvas prints and window graphics such as static clings.

There are a lot of variations. And it is now up to you how you are going to utilize them all to work towards your advantage. Just make sure that you select the type of material that is going to be appropriate for the kind of promotion that you are having.

The Mediums of Print
If you are unfamiliar about the commercial printing mediums, it is about time that you learn some vital info. This way, you will be able to decide better the next time that you think about availing the services of the right printing company.

The following list includes the more popular mediums that are being used in today’s printing technology.

1.    Offset method. This has been trusted since the early days of printing and is still popular until now. The reason for such is that this conventional method of printing has been known for the quality kind of output that this can create. This can be trusted to come up with accurate and consistent color that can give your ads the kind of look that will make a positive impact once it is out there and the public already have them.

You can benefit from the process for bulk needs. This way, the materials will be more affordable. The only disadvantage that this has is that the sizes that you can create from this are limited. This will depend on the printing company that will process your ads.

2.    Digital method. This process can create your materials at a faster turnaround rate. This is because this tool utilizes the computer to printer technique. This can also give quality results when it comes to colors, although it still hasn’t beaten the offset method. The main advantage of the digital method is the faster turnaround time. You can also have your materials done in larger sizes.

3.    Custom printing. In offset, you can have your materials done in custom sizes. But you can have them printed with variable information when you opt for the digital method. You can ask the printing company who will provide for your commercial printing needs for more of your options.
