How Can You Formulate The Best Use Of Incoming Links?

There is no doubt in my mind that those amoungst you who are informed of how Google works and reaching page 1 will see eye to eye with me when I say that backlinks are so very important in getting that all important 1st page position. It is of course beneficial if you can get them for no cost.

To quickly explain, a backlink is when all's said and done another link from an alternative website that points back to your site,they are also know as inbound links. So let's say for example you wrote an article and put a link in the author resource box that points back to your website, that's a backlink! Or if another website owner puts a link on there website to you then that's a backlink.

It is within reach of most people to attain these backlinks but its important to get your link juice from relevant websites. An example would be if you site is about making dolls, get links from other making dolls sites, this is because Google loves relevant content. So every incoming link that comes from a similar site is worth more than one that comes from just any old website. Relevant backlinks are king.

Assuming that you will put in the work required you can make good position for most key words, evidently there are some keywords where there is already too much competition to get a decent ranking but there are thousands that you can rank for. Often it boils down to who can build the most links, so if you want to outrank your friend, make more link juice then they have and as long as your content is relevant to your chosen keyword, one would assume you would outrank.

So its not rocket science. The key here though is to be constant, Google especially jumps for joy when they see lots of links appearing like clockwork, they will take a shine to you and therefore will send more traffic to you. If you make a few links and then pause Google may get sad and loose interest in your website and that must not happen!

It's a real drag having to contact other webmasters to aquire links and it can also be tiresome submitting articles manually, I know because I've done it! So really what we need is an automated solution where we can do the work once and then just forget about it and know that our links will be built for us. What would be great is if we didn't have to do anything! and it was all done for us on auto-pilot
