1. Web Sessions. This method is often interactive and your GP users can show us the issue as our technician sees the same screen. Web session requires somebody at your office to connect to the session. If you prefer just to email us the description of the problem and expect us to fix it without disturbing your computer users, you should let us use either remote desktop connection to your server or application server (if you use terminal Server or Citrix technologies) or open VPN connection for our Dynamics GP technician
2. VPN or Remote Desktop connections. You should get more info from your IT department. Both VPN and RDC methods require you to assign special account for our company, again check on your IT policies and internal security restrictions if any.
