Dynamics GP Remote Support via Web Sessions and Phone Conferences

If you have Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0, 9.0, 8.0 or Great Plains Dynamics 7.5, 7.0, 6.0, 5.5 on Microsoft SQL Server, Pervasive SQL 2000 or Ctree, or older version of Great Plains Accounting for DOS or Windows 9.5, 9.2 or earlier, we would like to offer this small publication to your consideration, where we are featuring remote support for Dynamics GP.  This option is especially beneficial to large corporations with offices across the USA and internationally and to customers in USA and Canada countryside, where local service might be not available to not too advanced.  We are specializing in Dynamics GP, SAP Business One, Microsoft CRM, Lotus Notes Domino, Microsoft Retail Management System (Microsoft RMS) USA nationwide and internationally:

How remote support works?  Do you need conference room with expensive phone and video conferencing equipment?  No, we just need you to have your computer with Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Vista or Windows 7.  We can always call your office phone, or if you are located internationally, we can call your skype number.  Web conferencing software, it is Microsoft Internet (or Chrome, or Firefox) add-on.  When we call you, we will give your simple instructions on web session connection.  If you identify yourself as accountant, who is not familiar or comfortable to use web session, please ask one of your IT department folks or consultants to help you out.  When web session is in progress we can get control of your screen, keyboard and mouse and install fixes, analyze your problem or repair your failed transaction or batch

Access to your Dynamics GP Server for Service packs updates and version upgrade.  we can keep you current in relations with Microsoft Business Solutions Dynamics GP service packs and version.  From your server we can publish required upgrade packages to your office Great Plains Users (Dynamics GP distribution package).  We can also support your third party Dynamics GP ISV packages: Mekorma, Intellisol, Avalara, etc

3. Dynamics GP on demand customizations, reporting, integrations.  Usually the request on internet support for Dynamics GP or SAP Business One is very challenging, where your current provider cannot support your, or does not have resources to address your technical challenges.  Dynamics GP customizations are typically coded in Great Plains Dexterity, eConnect, Dynamics GP SDK for MS Visual Studio, Dynamics GP Web Services.  If you are eCommerce developer for one of the Dynamics GP customers,  feel free to review eConnect SDK first, as it is dedicated initially to ecommerce programmers

4. Dynamics GP Remote Support Internationally.  Microsoft Dynamics GP is available for implementation as Corporate ERP platform in English speaking countries (USA, Canada, South Africa, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Oceania, South East Asia)

Dynamics GP Support in Afghanistan.  Great Plains is translated to Arabic, and Dexterity supports Arabic alphabet, currently in use in Afghanistan and Iran.  Technically it is possible to translate Dexterity strings to Dari, or Persian, however we would like you to consider alternative solution to place Dari texture to Graphical Icons

6. Where Dynamics GP is not localized.  If you are in the Unicode alphabet requiring language countries, such as China, Korea, Japan, please consider SAP Business One implementation (which could be hosted in your USA headquarters via Citrix or Microsoft Terminal Server)

7. Dynamics GP in Central America, Caribbean, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia.  These countries have government reporting add-ons for SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics GP.  In our opinion SAP is doing better job in localizing its Corporate ERP Applications, such as SAP Business One

8. Last fling on multinational firm Corporate ERP.  There are countries, where Corporate ERP brand names, such as Microsoft or SAP are not currently present with localized version (Afghanistan, Republic of Georgia, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbajan for example).  If you have funded project for Corporate ERP implementation, you should consider some elements of in-house localization (especially considering the fact that these countries are trying to be reasonably compliant to international GAAP)
