Most of the Photoshop users might have faced the problem of converting PSD files into PNG file type. Since Photoshop stores images and pictures in PSD format only, but sometimes we need to extract some or different layers from PSD files. But to retain the transparency of the images extracted, it should be converted into png format. The picture that is stored in Photoshop in psd format supports most of the imaging options that are available in Photoshop. The various imaging options includes layers with masks, color spaces, ICC profile, transparency, alpha channels and spot colors, clipping paths and duotone settings etc. The popularity of Photoshop all over the world itself reveals that the PSD format is extensively used. But if you want to keep the transparency of the image, you need to export the layer into a 32-bit png with alpha channel. There is no doubt that you can do the PSD to png conversion using Photoshop, it is best the PSD PNG converter. What you have to do all is, just start Photoshop, load the psd format image file, and hide all the other layers except the required layer and save as png or jpeg. But the only problem with this is that the conversion to png from psd using Photoshop is an inefficient method. Because, we need to open the respective file, identify the layer to be exported, and then extract it.
