How To Remove Windows Enterprise Defender In One Step

Ahh yes, the dreaded Windows Enterprise Defender.  It has a catchy name doesn’t it?  Almost sounds like a legitimate program created by Microsoft itself.  But that couldn’t be further from the truth.  This is a very dangerous software that poses as real antivirus protection.

Once installed onto your system, it can initiate a swarm of deadly activity.  Fake pop alerts are a common symptom of registry infection.  You may also notice changes to your desktop background and web browser.  Spyware and keyloggers can be used to are used to make you vulnerable to identity theft.

How does a virus like Windows Enterprise Defender get onto your CPU?  There can be a number of ways.  In particular:

  • Being victimized by Facebook or Myspace viruses.  Do not solicit emails from unknown people.
  • Using file sharing networks to download music, movies, and other media files.
  • Going to a website that was preloaded with trojan viruses

Windows Enterprise Defender Removal

Here are the manual removal instructions –

Remove any Windows Enterprise Defender related processes (any malicious EXE files)

Remove any associated DLL files (Dynamic Link Library)

Remove any dangerous .lnk files associated with the virus

Unfortunately it can be very tricky to perform a Windows Enterprise Defender removal manually.  Not only can there be various malicious files throughout your system, if you miss a single strain of the virus it will completely restore itself upon the next system reboot.

For manual removal, leave that to the experts.  It is quite difficult and hazardous to remove Windows Enterprise Defender if you don’t know exactly what you are doing.  Delete the wrong files from the registry and you can cause additional damage to your computer.

For those of you who are not computer experts I recommend installing a Windows Enterprise Defender removal tool.  Certain software can get rid of the virus automatically with a few clicks of the mouse.  Don’t wait too long, leaving the virus on your system can compromise both your computer and personal information.
