We do believe that there are people out there that are "gifted" in a special and amazingly intuitive way, and we'd like to put their skills, gifts and wisdom to the "test" in our OWN lives. But, we also recognize there are a lot of "bad actors" out there as well. Or even well meaning folks who BELIEVE they are psychic, but in fact, aren't any more sensitive than you or I. Tip #1: Never contact an "individual" off of a forum or private board: Why? Because there are psychic "trolls" out there on the Internet, who "prey" on vulnerable people looking for advice and guidance. Unfortunately, these people tend to lurk in places where they won't be called out, or forced to reveal details about themselves that would otherwise prove unflattering. (i.e. - you can "be" anyone you want to be on a blog or forum... but when you work for a reputable service or network, you must not only have demonstrated skills, you must also be a decent human being without a history of fleecing people!) Unfortunately, you aren't offered this protection when being contacted privately by someone in a public forum, and in my experience, some of the worst abuses, price "gouging" and even outright theft can occur when you combine needy people....and an unscrupulous psychic.

Tip #2: Do some due diligence, too: Read reviews, read write ups, read ratings. Look for inexpensive offers that you can test and try before you need to spend a lot of money. Nothing says you can't get a great reading by simply depositing 20 or 30 dollars with a legitimate service and letting their best psychics impress you with accuracy! (that's kind of the way that I got started... and that was LONG before finding a reputable service online was so easy!) Just go with your gut, look for friendly faces that ring true for you, be authentic, be sincere, be open...relax, and enjoy yourself! Getting a great reading is one of the most eye opening, and enjoyable experiences you can have, so have fun with it, don't stress, and be prepared to be amazed!
