2009 would be the 1st Edition of this happening event as it emerged as a result of the merging of Next Generation Adelaide International and the Mondial Australia Women's Hardcourts. Like all other Open tennis championships, Brisbane International 2009 Championship will contains matches for Men's Singles, Women's Singles as well as Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles.
The full line-up for this event has already been announced which guarantees loads of excitement and thrill in the tournament.
