Improve Your Posture with Simple Exercises To Grow Taller

Posture is something few people focus on or even realize the importance of. You would be amazed at the type of results you can get simply by practicing proper posture. If you lack in height and been searching for ways to grow taller, surely you will be glad to hear that a few easy posture exercises will help you in growth process.

It is up to you to make a conscious effort to stand up straight and maintain a solid posture through all of the activities you go through in a typical day. But, this is not enough to increase your height. To truly reach your full height potential, it is essential you practice different posture exercises to really stretch out the back and spine.

The first posture exercise that will help to grow taller is known as the Bowing Down to Yourself. This is a simple yet efficient exercise that will deliver results by improving your posture and stretching the muscles in your upper back. You can start by sitting in a chair with your back straight. You will slowly lower your chin to the chest and take three deep breaths and raise your head back up. Simple enough, right?.

Following that exercise is the Ear to Shoulder movement. It will also help you develop your posture and stretches your upper back muscles You will sit in the same position for this exercise and take a deep breath. As you exhale, roll your right ear toward the right shoulder and take another deep breath. You will then exhale while rolling your chin to your chest.
If you are on third deep breath, breathe out as you roll on your left ear towards the left shoulder Finally, take one last deep breath and exhale while rolling your chin back to the chest. It is essential that you are precise and keep on the same pace with all of the movements.

The final posture exercise that will help to grow taller is known as the Turkey Stretch. This exercise is going to focus on the back of your neck to help you increase your overall height.

Sit in a chair in the identical position as above, concentrate on the part in front of the nose then lift your hand to the chin. As you take a deep breath, rest your hand on your chin and breathe out slowly. As you exhale, you will gently thrust your chin to the neck up to the point that you feel that the rear part of your neck is stretched As soon as you are done exhaling, repeat the exercise three or four more times.
