The talented player is moving from the Russian team to the Premier League after an outstanding career in the Lokomotiv where he made 54 top-flight appearances, he was recognized as one of the best players in Moscow and also captained his country in last year’s European Championship when it was named the UEFA team of the tournament. The Serbian began his career in his home town club before signing with the OFK Beograd, team in which he showed a valuable performance; enough to earn his eight international caps in the summer of 2006.
