The Leicester On Ice skating rink is open to the public and the only day it is closed is on Christmas Day. However, if there is really bad weather, the rink being outdoors could be closed. There are even skates with straps for attaching to small children’s shoes so they can skate! Although children that is 12 and under must be supervised by an adult the adult does not necessarily have to skate in order for a child or youth to have a skating session.
