Like the head of the sales section of a big corporation, I'm the one in charge to all, particularly for the presentation of all my workers. When sales are slow moving, I try to employ dissimilar incentives to inspire everyone. I used to suggest them bonuses plus prizes for high performers to work well so as to come up development on productivity for a short period of time. However, this kind of thought resulted to spirited atmosphere around the workplace, which is not what I wanted for them to do. I feel like using a team building activities so as to work in the office, in order that my sales force work jointly to come up development on efficiency, not to work as person.
