Happiness is a state of mind. One may have a lot of wealth and resources and yet be miserable. On the other hand one can find people with insufficient resources who are happy and it cuts across all economic borders. One of the main reasons for unhappiness is greed. There are no limits of greed for power, money or resources and so the mind is always inconsistent and demanding more and more. The modern emphasis on expecting more and more things may fuel short-term development but does not produce long term happiness.
A lot more work has been done of achieving happiness and to achieve the happiness and its implementation on the human life. The study of the topic shows the ways to find the happiness and its implementation on the human lives. If there is a lack of happiness and what will happened if someone is not relax and getting the positive results after getting the causes of happiness implement on the human beings.
In every religion there is a compulsion for a clear line of action for seeking purity of mind which will give a relaxation of the mind, another approach of happiness. There is a positive correlation of religion with happiness. A strong relation with the religion will have a positive contributor of the mental health. Studies of different kinds give the idea that religiosity has a beneficiary relationship with psychological adjustment, being related to less psychological distress, more life satisfaction, and better self-actualization.
Some of the persons seek happiness in the wealth but there is not any such example that the more wealth is a cause of happiness and if someone can find it, it is not long lasting. The happiness lay in very minor things and this study will give the guidelines to find the same at its utmost level. If someone is pursuing the happiness and also want to have it can be done according to the real life.
The reasons of getting the happiness, hurdle of not accepting the happiness and also an awareness of the concept of be happy. This study will also give a clear concept finding happiness by sharing the same with other fellows who deserve or need the same.
After discussing the achieving happiness another part of finding impacts of the happiness on human life. This will give the idea of implementing the happiness on human lives and give the clear concept of implementing the views on human lives. A main impact of the happiness will be stress relieving. This will ultimately give a strong benefit of getting the worries aside and spreading the happiness everywhere. The study will give a line of action for the same after getting the point of view from different people by giving an example of their real life.
Happiness is a major way to reduce the stress and finding and implementation of the same will also a cause of providing happiness who is going to spread happiness. The study will find the way to know how a positive attitude for getting the happiness and thinking in an optimistic way. Celebrating a minor happiness will enhance the power of happiness.
A lot more is done for the cause of achieving happiness and its implementation on the human life. All well known scholars and famous personalities always teach for the happiness and spreading as best practice for the betterment of humankind.
