Another thing that will help deal with stress is to learn how to forgive those who have wronged you and those who may have been in your bad books. Forgiveness is an act of releasing your anger towards the people. Therefore, you need to consider all this and you can deal with the problem effectively. The key thing is to make sure you keep positivity and optimism alive in everything you do.
