How to Alleviate the Side Effects Of Stress

Are you suffering from the side effects of stress? Are you choking in the fog of stress, depression or anxiety?  Do you feel as though you will never escape?  Your sufferering is daily and never ending and you feel isolated and trapped.

These feelings are very real, however you don't have to feel this way, there is a way to get out of it and find happiness again.  You can conquer your stress and get your life back.

So what will stress do to you if you let it loose:

Stress left to its own devices can wreak havoc in your life. When you are experiencing stress, your thoughts are turbulent. Your mind is at dis-ease, which means that your mind is not at ease. You don't have your best thoughts. When you don't have your best thoughts, you don't have your best actions.

It's the dis-ease in your mind, that causes the disease in your body. Statistics show that one in three people develop Cancer. It's quite amazing when you think that 100 years ago, there were a lot less sufferers than we now have, given the medical advances and the knowledge we have about Cancer. We know about eating a healthier diet, about taking supplements and getting regular exercise. So with all this knowledge why is Cancer on the increase? It's because we have higher levels of Stress in our daily lives. The most consumed drugs on the planet are anti-depressants. Stress is a disease of the mind, and being attached to the body, it will eventually filter through.

Stress is among the top killers on our planet. It weakens the immune system, leaving the body susceptible to disease. When we are stressed our body releases adrenaline. This is a reaction called the fight or flight response, and was designed to help you defend yourself. You get an instant burst of energy. This is healthy and necessary when needed. however, being stressed continually means that we can be in this heightened state for hours or even days. Imagine the effects this has on your body.

When you are stressed you are not at ease, which simply means that things are not easy. When you at Peace on the other hand, your mind is at ease, making things easy. Being at Peace means better thoughts, which leads to better actions which leads to better results.

Poor thoughts lead to poor actions which lead to poor results. Are your results less than average? Wouldn't you like to raise the bar and start getting some great results instead?

Imagine for a moment your life without stress.
