Buffers are important in your life. As you go through life you will find there are certain circumstances that you have absolutely no control of. Most things through life are out of your control. You shouldn't try to control anyone or have to much control over the things that happen in your life. Your positive attitude will help you manage your life and the things you do. You need to create buffers so you accept the fact that you do not have control over the circumstance.
When you create buffers you might choose to talk to friends to work you through certain circumstances. You might choose to talk to a counselor or a therapist to make it through a hard time. Many people practice meditation to help them accept they do not have control over the realities faced throughout the days. You might want to build an external support system so when the bad does strike you have people to talk you through the hard times.
Speaking of meditation, visit the Falun Dafa website for great meditation exercises and qigong exercises that can work on your body and mind to make you feel positive and good about your life and more compassionate to those around you. This is a kind of positive force that can have an affect on the people around you, not just your self. It is as if you are changing the whole world through your environment.
Whatever you choose to buffer your stress with, you can rest easy knowing that you are taking positive steps to improve the quality of your life. That is well worth doing and you should reap the rewards of your efforts in this regard.
