Writing is a self expression.
Ever have days that you have felt that everything around you has let you down. From the point that you just want to scream but you can't. Because you feel that its not the correct way of letting out your angry. And that stress relieve ball that is sitting at your desk just doesn't cut it. Walking out just to have a quick smoke break still makes you want to rip out that idea buried in your mind. Or just punching something just causes bad tension later in your knuckles after the adrenaline is gone.
Now your monster is always going to be there waiting deep inside, just wanting to come out and play with your emotions. There are many kinds of ways to control it. You just have to find a way to release it from your system. You can't just keep it inside because that monster is just going to keep growing and growing. Can't just keep it in the cage and throw away the key. It just doesn't work that way.
Many say that the best way to get rid of your monster is the most common mistakes. Drugs are not the answer, notice I did not say never. All it does is just suppressing it but it doesn't get rid of it. Another would be working out but sometimes who has time to work out. Others say meditation works but sometimes who has the patience for that. That is alot of focus tension just create oneself feel at peace.
The best technique I use to rid of my monster is music. Now this is something simple because there are two things people do for transportation. One is the public transportation and the other is driving. When walking, train or bus just have some kind of music player. And of course driving the player is always on the deck. Before or after listen to something that speaks to you. Something that will loosen you up before or after. I ususlly do both because its just better that way. Not that my job is that stressful, well unless you're in the customer service. Enough said, music is one of the proven theories that helps you relax that monster of yours. Now it can't be the kind of music that angers that monster of yours. That is just not healthy. And remember if mouthing the words help you relax. I say just do it because it will just let that monster out in a good kind of tension.
And remember music relaxes you. This is something that would help and that its one of the easiest techniques to help control your monster. Now I know you gonna say what happens if I take my family or friends out and that employee at the store or any ruined my day because of something kind of miscommunication. And at that point its not like you are gonna grab your ipod and listen to a song really quick. Now at this point you just gonna have to let that one go because you are not going to see that person ever again.
Ask yourself is what are the chances that I'm going to seek that person for help again? There are always the simple problems in life you could fix. And just remember life is not meant to be fair. And if it was why are we always have these problems around us. Then again karma just sucks.
