I have chronic dizziness which in turn causes panic attacks. I am not a big fan of medication and would like to figure out whats going on. Ive had everything from MRI's to spinal taps and there is no cause for the dizziness. It happens while sitting standing, laying you name it and i'm dizzy. I have tried drinking apple cider vineger, honey and water and it has not helped. Any other suggestions
