Solve Your Stress Before it is Too Late

Of course it is never too late to solve your stress. But you really have to know what stress does. Initially, stress has a function. Under a little stress people are more focused and can work better. That is the reason why people go on while they are stressed. They know that they can perform under stress. In nature, when there is a dangerous situation an animal can achieve a higher running speed than when he is not stressed by the situation. But that animal has to rest. He can not always run. If he had to run for his life constantly, he would get so tired that his speed would slow down to a very low level The same is true for human beings. Under stress you can achieve more, but if you don't rest, you will slow down and eventually break down. You make mistakes, you forget important things and you will feel very tired.

When you reach that point it really is almost too late to heal again and regain your enthusiasm and focus. You will have to rest for at least 6 months and even then you may you're not become as healthy as you were before.

So be very careful when you are working under stress, even if you feel good and you are proud of what you achieve. You should know that it is not always going to be this way. Probably you cannot even imagine that when you are tired in the evening, that the you will still be tired the next morning when you wake up. If that is the case, take at least one day off in the weekend to rest and enjoy. Don't think about your job on that day. Go out to the country, the mountains or to the sea and have a good time playing with you children. It is essential. Don't miss a holiday. Better than one week is to take two or three weeks to get used again to the heavenly doing nothing: Dolce Far Niente.

In your daily life, make sure to go outside for half an hour each day. Start a yoga or meditation course. By doing this you will surprise everyone with your power and love of life.
