Work load and mental pressure works side by side in our life. While performing our duties, while trying to achieve our goals or targets, we tend to strain ourselves a lot. The result is mental stress. Apart from that the family pressure and many external factors give us severe mental stress. Stress makes a healthy human body ailing. To get rid of stress we have to manage stress. But how to manage stress? It is a very important question for us. There are many ways to combat stress. But our daily life does not allow us to do much. As such the only way out is to get good, hygienic and nutritious food, which contains all the essential ingredients which are required for our body to function normally. Such food is called a balance diet. A balanced diet is obviously the best solution to control stress.
A balance diet includes right doses of carbohydrate, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals etc. Carbohydrate and fats give energy, protein builds our body, vitamins and minerals help in normal functioning of the body. Water is also an important part of a balanced diet.
