Stress anxiety is a bit difficult to describe and people have experienced such conditions for a very long time. Stress is the feeling or state of being in a situation were there is nothing more you can give or say because your resources have been exhausted by the high demand. Anxiety is a negative feeling that comes as a result of anticipating certain things or event. When you mix stress and anxiety, you will find that it is a feeling with a lot of negative energy. We experience stress anxiety all the time when we are dealing with society and family. It has been said that a bit of the emotion is not entirely negative to us and this might be true to some extent. You therefore need to have more information about stress and anxiety so that you can know what to do and where to place them in your life.
Anxiety is a common feeling in everyday life and the presence of it will affect several things in our lives. It will influence the way we feel. This means that our emotions under the influence of anxiety will be different and the lack of anxiety in our emotions is being without stress. The second way anxiety affects us is the way our bodies function. This means that with a lot of anxiety, manifest reactions in our body will be very evident and one example of this is when the body starts shaking in anxiety as you wait for something crucial. Another way anxiety is going to affect us is through the way we think and we are capable of entertaining the most negative thoughts due to anxiety.
Finally, anxiety is going to affect the way we behave. We can act in whichever way anxiety will influence us. An example of the above sentiments is that we may feel frightened by a stressor then, our hearts will race, in our thoughts, we will keep worrying and finally what we do is to pace up and down in the height of anxiety. There are several causes of anxiety and the first thing is that some people are simply born to worry and it is in their personality to be tense. The other cause may be stressful events in life like divorce death and others. The other cause of the stress anxiety is pressure which may come from the home or the work place.
Therefore, anxiety is simply the body's response to stress and the symptoms of it are part of the fight or flight mechanism. Anxiety becomes problem when it becomes a vicious cycle. When you have stressful anxiety, you can get help from health professional who might prescribe some drugs which should not be take for a long period of time. You can also be referred to a mental health counselor who will guide you through your emotions. Also, you can empower yourself with such resources to ensure you stay ahead with good practices that will help keep away stress and anxiety.
