Benefits of Fish Oil Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Benefits of fish oil supplements, which are purified and distilled, include their lack of rancidity and hydrogenation.

Hydrogenation is a process which converts oils which are normally liquid at room temperature, into a solid state which happens to be not only convenient to the consumer, but a real boon to the retailer.

This is because hydrogenation prolong shelf life and makes it easy to spread this fat. But the question is, will it prolong your personal shelf life upon the earth, please let me spread out to you the facts.

True, it is allot easier to paste margarine onto your sliced bread than to pour olive oil over your home made bread, which is hopefully free of such unnatural fats. But which is the better? Well there is allot of evidence revealing that hydrogenated fats actually work against the omega 3 essential fats, which are essential to your health and proper cellular repair, including brain repair, we might also add.

While cold pressed olive oil is highly recommended and is itself a very powerful inflammatory, being used in olive oil skin care, nevertheless, it lacks the fish oil omega 3 fatty acids. Flax seed is excellent but does not posses the fatty acids dha and epa, which is one of the great benefits of fish oil supplements. These two fatty acids have an amazing health profile! I personally use olive oil on my bread, mix flax seed oil with my German quark cottage cheese and take purified fish oil capsules. I would recommend all of them, but when it comes to dealing with multiple health benefits, fish oil with its fatty acids, is in a class by itself.
