Do You Use Refined Fish Oil?

After twenty years of research has shown that Omega3 fatty acids are absolutely necessary for your health, most people these days are now turning to the natural remedies of refined fish oil. This oil is being used by our bodies in so many ways. It helps to keep our brain in good mental health. It helps our cardiovascular system. And more.

Refined fish oil helps our brain maintain good health. The fatty acid DHA helps to keep us emotionally stable. You see, if our DHA levels get low, then it causes our serotonin levels to drop also. When that happens, we are in for a bumpy ride. We will suffer from mood swings and bouts of depression. The DHA fatty acid also help to keep our memory in good shape.

As a lot of you know, the heart is helped by taking a daily supplement of refined fish oil. Overseas studies have shown that this helps our heart by reducing the risk of a sudden cardiac arrest. And it helps a lot that Omega3 fatty acids act as a blood thinner, which lowers our blood pressure.

Once we used to obtain all the Omega3 fatty acids we needed by eating several meals of fish per week. Now, however because of the contamination of the worlds oceans we can no longer afford to eat so much fish, now we have to obtain the Omega3s we need from taking a daily supplement of fish oil.

We must remember to only buy a refined fish oil that has been refined by the process known as molecular distillation to remove the impurities such as lead, mercury and the PCBs. This is the only known method of removing the cancer causing PCBs. The remaining oil will be the purest you can buy.

Now I am over the roof, because a New Zealand company has used their research and development facilities to develop an oil that has double the anti-inflammatory properties of other highly concentrated oils. This oil is proving to be a great benefit by helping to alleviate the pain and swellings often associated with arthritis and arthritic type disabilities.

By: Gordon Hall | 17/10/2009 | Anti Aging
I love it when I hear one of the major cosmetics manufacturers talking about how the formula they are producing is the top recommended anti aging face lotion or cream, because their claims are typically so easy to shoot full of holes. All that you really have to do is look at the ingredients that most of the “top” formulas have in them to be able to dispel any notion that these products are effective.
