I was charged 86.42 becuase I didn't cancel during my "free trial period," when, in fact, the pills were not shipped until two days before the "free trial period" ended and were not received until two days AFTER the "free trial period" ended. In other words, I had a free trial of NOTHING.

By the way, there is not a bit of scientific research that shows the Acai berry does anything.

If you ordered the "free trial", don't even bother to try to cancel. They make it too difficult. Simply call your bank or whoever issues your credit card and report it lost or stolen. Request a new credit card to be mailed to you. Time calling your bank: 10 minutes. Time trying to cancel a free trial from people who don't want you to cancel: hours. Plus, even if they say on the phone they will cancel your subscription, often times they don't and you still get new charges. Get a new card.

okay;;so i ordered my free trial bottle of acai ultra burn 2day...but later went 2 read the terms & conditions...i called the customer care line and cancelled my membership immediately after.....so will i still receive my free trial??

I didn't even make it to the purchase (thank christ) because I smelled a big rat, and I STILL regret my dealings with this shady company.

I (stupidly) filled out the initial contact form, giving my email address and phone number. Ever since, I have been receiving around 20 spam emails a day from various diet and get-rich-quick sites. I also received spam text messages on my cellphone. Clearly they are selling contact lists to other companies.

DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS TO THESE COMPANIES, EVEN IF YOU DON'T MAKE A PURCHASE THEY WILL STILL SCAM YOU.

Please don't make the mistake I did - trust no one.

I almost fell prey to these scammers too - I cancelled within minutes of signing up, after seeing all the online reports. I was informed that they would indeed stop my free trial, but would still charge me the $59.95 for the first month! Huh? I let them know that there was no way I was agreeing to that - I cancelled within the time required, and was not receiving any products, and have already been in touch with my bank. These crooks won't get a penny out of me.
