Vitamin B6

Another one of the minerals and vitamins for ADHD that you are going to want to include in your child's diet is Niacin. Your brain depends on Niacin for the production of energy and to aid your brain in functioning properly. You will want your child to have at least 25-50 mg of niacin a day.

Vitamin B1

Minerals and vitamins for ADHD are vital for your child to be able to function properly, and Vitamin B1 is one of those essential vitamins. Vitamin B1 is actually really helpful for your child because it will help to improve their concentration and focus which can be severely impacted by their ADHD.
