These so-called "vitamins" are chemical compounds slapped together in some laboratory. Their mineral content is nothing more than crushed up pieces of rock. Tell your poor body this crap is good for you... and then listen for its response. It will usually reply with nasty "vitamin burps" and fluorescent urine!
