What is so sad and infuriating is that the companies that are willing to sell us their products that include the harmful ingredients will take them out for the countries that have banned it's use because of the health risk but not take it out for us. Money drives companies. Don't forget that. Don't allow them to profit at the risk of your health.
Many serious side effects can result from taking these problems right up to and including irreversible organ damage. That is, brain, heart, liver, kidney, intestinal, etc. You need these and many other important parts of your body to live. You need them healthy and undamaged to live a good healthy life.
Fact is, learning how to properly train your muscles, how to get the right muscle building nutrients from your diet and being sure to get the proper amount of rest, will lead you to a very successful muscle building system. It is very possible to make huge gains naturally when you arm yourself with the right knowledge.
