Every year I do my taxes now it is a very joyful experience and how many people can say that about taxes?

This is going on our sixth year now using Turbo Tax Premier Investments Federal & State for business and personal use, and I can honestly say that Turbo Tax is not only the best Tax Software out there, and I'll explain why, but it is the best one to find all of your deductions period!

In taxes you want deductions, deductions, deductions. H&R Block, God bless em, is all about your money, money, money. I lost thousands of dollars using H&R Block, however, due to the Turbo Tax Premier Software I was able to get almost all of it back. Not all of it, but close to it. You see, H&R block told me I couldn't claim my charitable deductions unless they exceeded a certain amount.

Nothing could be further from the truth. You can claim your charitable deductions! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise! How can Turbo Tax 2007 benefit you? Listen to this!...

I gave the chief accountant a call from a major national railroad, whose name everyone would recognize if I stated it, that a friend of mine works for daily. I asked him how he did his taxes. What was his response? "Oh, I use Turbo Tax too." I was like "No way."

Yes way. The head accountant for probably the top railroad company in America uses it. I guess it might be beneficial to you as well!

When I first started using Turbo Tax Premier Investments I started asking questions. I found out through my research that Turbo Tax Software is actually written by Ex-IRS agents themselves. That's quite comforting. Also, if it is written by Ex-IRS agents, can you imagine how audit-proof it must be? Now I'm not saying it is foolproof, but hey, I'll take software written by the pros, any day of the week.

On the same note Turbo Tax Premier Investments Federal & State also offers Tax Audit Defense for a low price of around $39.95 and it is worth every single penny. I buy it every year.

For that low price, if, God-forbid, you are audited, you will never speak to the IRS directly ever. The company who provides this tax protection, Tax Resources Incorporated, is chuck full of Tax-Experienced persons who want to represent you in an audit.

Just take a look at the service Tax Resources provide:

*Defends your tax return audit through the highest level of appeals.
*Handles all audit correspondence and communication
*Minimizes the financial impact of an audit
*You never meet with the IRS!

That's awesome, but what's more, they even offer to protect your previous years' returns if you like! Why not!

Now, a word to the wise. If you lie on your taxes, you are still going to be found by IRS, so don't use Turbo Tax to try and prevent that. You will get caught if you cheat on your taxes. So, use wisdom, keep your receipts and never lie on your tax forms. You will get caught. Be honest, and never state a deduction not backed by a receipt, and you'll always come out smelling like a rose.

Let's get down to some more reasons you should use Turbo Tax Premier Federal & State 2007 this year. Number two, the software is easy to use and every year you use it you get better at it too. It is very user friendly and very easy to enter your deductions.

Number three, every section provides you with an opportunity to go back and find more deductions. There are pop-up windows that you can click on, and links, to be sure that the deduction is deductible by law. There are several links to the IRS itself to check on articles related to what you are trying to deduct.

For example, let's say you are trying to deduct your home office space for a home business. Turbo Tax has a question mark that you can click on, and then a box will appear with several choices. One of which will be "Go to IRS forms or forums." At that point you click on it, and voila, you find out if you can deduct it or not. Very easy.

Number four, it is very time-friendly. It's never taken me more than two or three days, that's part-time at night when I'm off work, to complete my entire taxes. If you have one solid night from 5pm to Midnight, you could easily knock out a large portion if not all of your taxes.

I don't recommend though, doing your taxes all at once and then rushing it off to IRS. You should wait a few days, because you might get another receipt for property taxes, or DMV that you forgot you had coming.

Always take a second day or night to look over your return and make sure you made zero mistakes and didn't miss any deductions. Turbo Tax is awesome for this, because they list every single deduction known to man it seems like!

Number five, you'll never need a stamp or envelope for your taxes again. If you choose, that is. You can completely electronically file your taxes from the comfort of your home and then typically you can get your funds very quickly. When you print out your final Turbo Tax reports, you'll get a "tentative" date when your funds will be deposited into your account.

Usually, based on my experience, those funds come sooner than later. Turbo Tax uses a third party to electronically file their software, and they do charge a fee, but it's minimal too-about $34 give or take. But, the sheer beauty of having those funds directly deposited into your account is more than awesome!

Number six, make sure you get the Turbo Tax Premier Federal & State and not the regular Turbo Tax non-premier. There is the Turbo Tax Business as well, and if you have a medium to large business I'd recommend that one too, but if you're like me, and you own more than one property and you have a home or small business, and you are still employed, then the Turbo Tax Premier Investments will work perfectly for you.

Number seven, you're going to find that Turbo Tax keeps making their software better each year, and that you also have access on your CD to live videos where each section is explained in detail should you so desire. That's for every section, not just one.

Number eight, if you like being able to switch from the software interview directions to the actual IRS forms, Turbo Tax Premier has this built in too. At the top of every page their is an option to "go to forms" right there. All you have to do is click on it, and voila, you are on the actual IRS 1040 or applicable form. Click on "back to interview" and voila, you are right back where you left off. Couldn't be easier.

Number nine, it's also thrilling to see your return money increasing in the money box on the upper left. A word to the wise though. When you first enter your tax info you're probably going to see a "red" negative number, could be in the thousands. Don't worry, you've just started your return, and your final number, hopefully green in the thousands, will appear at the end of your return.

I state this only to let those of you who get discouraged and have limited time your first night at the computer. I'm trying to save you the time and money of returning your software! Never pay attention to those numbers, until you have finished your entire return and pressed "finish."

Also, before I forget, every year, Turbo Tax, as a preferred customer will send you an offer, usually to renew your CD at a discount price, and within that offer, they usually offer to send you several pieces of software that are very useful for home use.

I took advantage of that offer last year and got nearly 10CD's in the mail that ranged from everything from finance, to letter-writing software, money tips, encyclopedias, to full-on Printshop type graphics, and more! I was very happy to say the least!

Your Turbo Tax Premier Investments 2007 software is 100% tax deductible as well, because it is considered a legitimate tax expense.

It's like the old saying: "If you want something done right, do it yourself." There is a lot of truth to that statement. Especially when it comes to taxes. Believe me, you, as a tax payer, will take the tedious time to find every deduction, whereas the average tax person probably has hundreds of clients. Do you really think they are going to take hours and hours trying to find every little deduction? I'll let you be the judge.

If the nation's largest railroad's accountant uses Turbo Tax Premier Investments, perhaps you may want to consider using it too! I sure have been the happier for it, and I wish the best to you and yours this tax season as well. May you be blessed with many monetary returns as you use this incredible tax software. I highly recommend Turbo Tax Premier Investments, and I hope you have as much joy using the software as I have.
