The collections start... The taxman can demand that any insurer payments should go to the taxman first. Without an earnings, you can not pay the staff, correct or buy new equipment, and have general difficulty with any costs related to your practice. And speaking of levies the Itaxman can start seizing the medical apparatus in your office!

Unfortunately the sole option really open to a medical practice when it comes to paying down an IRS debt is to enter into an Installment Agreement payment plan. However the IRS determines how much the standard payment will be. But it is going to be a lot less than any levy the IRS can place on your practice. Visit here for Tax Debt Relief information.
