ABC's Of Recruiting In Direct Sales

When it comes to recruiting in Direct Sales, it's really a simple ABC process.

Here is a simple ABC checklist that you can use.

A - Ask! You need to ask others if they would like to hear about your home business opportunity.

B - Benefits. Let the person know the benefits of working from home and with your business company.

C - Consistency. You have to be consistent with your recruiting efforts.

D - Determination. Be determined to build a quality team.

E - Effort. Put forth the effort to work on team building every day.

F - Freedom. Let your prospect's know that they have the freedom to work around their families schedule.

G - Goals. Set recruiting goals every month. If you meet your goals, reward yourself.

H - Home. Share with your prospect the benefit's of working from home.

I - Inspire. You can inspire others to want to work with you and with your company.

J - Justify Your Why. Let your prospects know 'why' you chose this home business and 'why' you decided to work from home.

K - Kit. Let your prospects know how valuable the start up business kit is to them.

L - Learn. Take the time to learn about team building and recruiting.

M - Money. Let your prospects know how they can make money by starting a home business, and building a team.

N - No. Take the No's in stride, it is all part of the business.

O - Organization. Organize all of your recruiting materials.

P - Patience. It takes time to build a successful team.

Q - Quality Time. Spend time working on your business 5 days a week.

R - Rapid Response. Respond quickly to requests for more business information.

S - Share. You need to share the business opportunity with everyone.

T - Training. If you company offers recruiting and team building training classes, make sure you attend them.

U - Utilize. You need to use all of your company sponsored training materials, recruiting manuals, and business opportunity flyers.

V - Visualize. Visualize how your business can grow if you concentrate on building a team.

W - Work Ethics. It's your job to be a professional. Set forth professional work ethics.

X - X out your completed tasks at the end of the day. Review your next day agenda.

Y - Your Success. Make a list of everything you need to do, to make your home business successful.

Z - Zest. Have a passion for what you do!
