If you are using an affiliate program or MLM as a home based business you surely know that the most important thing in your business is your down line; without a down line your business is absolutely worthless.
Building a down line is one of the greatest challenge in The MLM business.
You can have a great campaign that brings you sign ups every day; you can collect sign up bonuses for your great work and maybe you can have a glance of success at that point. But you have to know that this success won't last very long if do not help your down line members become successful as well.
Over 90% of the people joining an online business quit if they don't see any results in a short period of time. People don't want to wait forever to see someone signing up under them. There are too many business opportunities with great campaigns out there that will steal your members right away.
If you have a good campaign that brings sign ups to your online business you can use a url rotator to help your down line members get sign ups, too.
Normally you won't loose with that as the compensation plans often goes over 5 levels deep. But even if you don't get a comission for a sale because you pass a member to one of your downline members, it's helping your online business grow and will make that member hang in there.
You can use a url rotator and advertise for your down line members with less sign ups. You can take them out of the rotator once they have 3 or 5 sign ups so you concentrate on the ones with less down line members.
Meanwhile teach your down line to do the same you are doing; how to promote and market their business so they won't stuck with just 3 or 5 members after you take them out of your rotator. Use email campaigns or web pages to do that.
Remember that you want your online business to give you money for as long as possible. Building a strong down line will help your online business to last longer.

I am a Long Beach resident and run the newly launched web site PoetryVisualized.com Unfortunately I did not know about this festival. I will digg into this and try to get in touch with Fried to see if there is a base to collaborate on future projects concerning poetry. PoetryVisualized.com is a new interactive social networking site about Visual Poetry which showcases hours of famous and not so famous Poetry in form of Video, Animations, Images and Audio. Check it out it is REALLY cool! Since you wrote about the festival I was wondering if you would be interested in covering PoetryVisualized.com and the film festival "The Festival Of Visualized poetry" as a story? Pleas contact me trough the web site's contact us form. thank you up front and best regards, Tansel
