New MRE Packaging Material Coefficient of Friction Tester

Friction in MRE packaging process is both a driving force and a resistant force, and should be restricted within a certain scope. The rolled material for automatic packaging requires little inner coefficient of friction and proper outer coefficient of friction. High outer coefficient of friction would cause great resistance during packaging and material deformation; insufficient outer friction would lead to skidding of drag system with inaccurate trace of electronic eye and inaccurate cutting position. The inner coefficient of friction sometimes should not be too low, some packaging machine would occur unstable piling and wrong siding. Therefore, the testing for coefficient of friction is very importance.
