SAA7130 TV Tuner with no Audio

I have just recieved a SAA7130 tv tuner card I bought off of ebay.  I installed the drivers of the disk it came with along with intervideo's WinDVR.  It did not recognise the cable and would only work as an antennae.  So I found this site and some very useful information.  I now have the Lifeview driver and software installed.  However now I have all of my channels scanned in from my cable line but instead of audio I get a highpitched tone coming from my speakers.   I hooked up my the tv tuner up to my Audigy 2 ZS as it suggested in the manual with the supplied cable.  Everything else works perfectly.  Also in the audio settings panel under the 713X Chip Audio Settings button.  It says enable preview of analog audio.  If I uncheck that box the highpitched noise goes away.  There is also an error listed here under the standard and format.   Please help I would love to get this thing up and running.

 I have purchased a Phillips SAA7130 TV Tuner card, I have installed it correctly, installed the drivers from teh cd, after they failed, found others that failed as well.The problem I am having is that I am getting no sound, except if I use Timeshift, or record it will playback with sound.I am using WinDVR 3, when I try to setup the audio, I can see a source, but TV  audio is greyed out, this is where you select mono, stereo etc. My sound card is a Creative Labs Audigy SE. The only way I can watch tv now is recorded, or using timeshift.. and it makes a loudhigh pitch noise on playback. Does anyone know how to solve theseissues? or have the same problem with this TV Tuner? I am using windows xp
