Referred to as the mild version of ramp modeling is the range showing modeling. Models for this type will model the clothes of a top designer for a certain buyer or buyers. They will have a mini fashion show for the buyer to choose which design he or she liked the most. This does not require most of your time unlike other modeling jobs so you can take a day job aside from being a range model.

Modeling jobs are not for females but male models are becoming more and more popular also. Older male models are more popular because they have distinguished looks that the young male models do not have yet. Other types of models are child models and body parts models.
