In this article you will find a quick guide to get rid of procrastination in your life and start living life like it's meant to be, full of action and joy!

The key to become more active and work towards your goals is to focus on the result, and not on the process. If you begin studying the life of successful people- in every walk of life - you'll see that all of them were focused on the results.

For most of us, the process is always something tedious that just "stands in the way" of the things we really want. So we avoid it, and nothing gets done. Focusing on the process and especially the bad things about it will just sabotage your every effort.

Sure, it's easier to just sit and do nothing, to just watch TV and to sleep an extra hour when it's work to be done, but easier is not necessarily better. As time passes, you'll start noticing how much of it you wasted away. Sometimes we have to make things we don't like to reach our goals. All of the time really!

Did you know that successful people build their will and determination by doing things they don't like every day. Not awful things, but things that we find produce mental resistance.

We have to become comfortable at building habits, and for that we need patience. If you do something for a month, it becomes a habit, and after that time you won't have to worry about procrastination no more. You'll just do it. Try it, it works!
