    Yahoo!’s yodel became the first sound mark to be granted by Indian Trade Marks Registry. As per the provision of the Indian Trade marks Act a ‘Trademark’ means a mark capable of being represented graphically and which is capable of being represented graphically and which is capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one person from those of others.
