Risk Taker
‘Nothing ventured, nothing gained’. Sometimes you play it safe and sometimes you follow your gut and take a chance. An able leader should be able to take risks but also have the strength and capability to back it when time comes.
Unwavering Spirit
Being a leader has it ups and downs. It is also a thankless job at times. A leader needs have a strong spirit and keep going despite all challenges. After all Darwin was right it is the survival of the fittest. Even after failures and disappointments you just have to keep going
Keen eye
What’s going on around you? A good leader has to be constantly aware. He must know what’s happening in the market, with his peers and competitors and also in his own premises. There are no surprises in the world of a leader, he simply must know all! Another important attribute is the ability to motivate people and bring out the best in them. Life is a constant learning process and leader and his subordinates learn from each other. He has to be a good judge of character and really understand people in general.
