The positive side of this is that you the IBO have a parent company that has fully established itself and its products and services and offered you a chance to be an independent operator and owner without most of the hassles of a self started business. The downside of Home Based Business is that most all of them have a huge member base. This makes it difficult to properly train people to succeed, thus the high drop out rate. If one is to succeed with their business, in most cases you will have to learn that on your own. Keep in mind that every company offers their independent owners the chance at the big money and it is not a myth. In closing if, you are considering a Home Based Business or are already involved in one, do yourself a huge favor, and study the company and its compensation plan. Then make sure you take yourself out of the ‘Employee’ mindset and get in the ‘Business owner’ mindset.
