Some very good reasons for choosing this resort on St Lucia for your Honeymoon Vacation resort instead of other places.
As a honeymoon vacation resort Ti Kaye Village Resort on St Lucia just about fits the bill. Ti Kaye Village Resort has thirty three rooms and very private guest cottages, surrounded by tropical foliage, cascading down a hillside, nestling on a cliff, and is a veritable oasis of calm far away from the hustle and bustle of the island. The Ocean front cottages are nearest the cliff, whilst the Ocean View Cottages are scattered along terraced rows up the hill, and then several duplexes each with two rooms at the top of the hill.
Each cottage is designed in a very traditional West Indian style and all have air conditioning, but quite honestly the louvers in the doors and windows allow the cool tropical breeze in, and makes the air conditioning almost irrelevant. Each cottage has a large verandah with a double hammock, the perfect honeymoon spot on a hot afternoon. There is also a king size four poster bed, a private open air garden shower, and some even have their own plunge pool. They have been described by many as sublime, and perfect for a great honeymoon vacation.
Situated on the west coast of St Lucia, Ti Kaye Village Resort is the perfect honeymoon hideaway vacation spot, in fact perfect for anyone who just wants to relax in beautiful surroundings, and still be extremely well looked after.
One small caution, the beach which is lovely and private is 166 steps down, but the silver sand and crystal clear turquoise water make it worth the effort. It may however not be suitable for the elderly or infirm, but it is the height that gives the resort such spectacular views. This part of St Lucia is very sheltered, and will seem much hotter, but this does mean more mosquitoes, but you will find plenty of insect repellent in your room.
There are some very important issues when it comes to making a honeymoon vacation resort into a perfect honeymoon vacation resort. The first is the situation, and this is absolutely chocolate box beautiful. The hideaway element is great but it comes at a slight price, and that is the access road, or rather a track. It is a two mile nightmare, and it doesn't really make you want to leave the resort again until you depart. Having said that, why on earth should you want to, when another important factor which is food in the resort is so good and varied anyway. The breakfast is outstanding, and the lunch menus identical at both the beach and main restaurant. The dinner menu changes every night, and the fresh fish is outstanding. Food is important, but even more than normal when it can make a honeymoon vacation into a great honeymoon vacation, and it certainly does that.
The last make or break point for a great honeymoon, is the staff at your resort, and at Ti Kaye Village Resort they are top class, and it is fair to say that is true for all of them, in all jobs, and all over the resort. They are a credit to the management, to themselves and to the resort.
Ti Kaye Village Resort ticks all the boxes as a St Lucia Honeymoon Vacation Resort, and is well worth continuing research before making a reservation.
