Some very good reasons for booking a Mexico vacation special and choosing the best of luxury hotels the Maroma Resort in the Mayan Riviera
Many people are looking for a Mexico Vacation Special but the brochures have too many choices, so before making any decision you need to check out the Maroma Resort on the Mayan Riviera Mexico
You first realize that the Maroma Resort in the Mayan Riviera in Mexico is an absolutely top class Mexico Vacation Special is when you finish a short but quite worrying five minute ride through thick jungle on an unpaved road, once you leave the main tarmac road.
You really wonder quite what you will find at the end of the track, when you suddenly emerge into a courtyard that instantly reminds you of a Mexican hacienda, with white walls, and glimpses of thatched turrets. If you arrive in the dark, the floodlit courtyard is truly stunning, and the personal greeting by name further reinforces that this is somewhere special.
You see the sun shining off the pool, and are suddenly aware of a group of what you assume to be staff members awaiting your arrival, and it is only then that you realize they are staff members, and that this is the Maroma Resort probably one of the absolutely best hotels on the Mayan Riviera.
Maroma Hotel is really special, as is already obvious it is a real Caribbean hideaway, and it is difficult to believe that this hidden gem is located along 25 acres of beachfront on a 500 acre Mayan Riviera coconut plantation. The maroma resort and Spa is totally luxurious and built in the style of the old Mexican haciendas.
One of the most obvious things about the Maroma Resort is the level of service which makes it stand out on a coast that isn't short of hotels, but it can genuinely say it is a luxury hotel, and after one visit it is obvious why it is possibly the best choice for a Mexico Vacation Special. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
When you check in, the staff will endeavor to discover your likes, dislikes and any special requirements, then you will be whisked to your room. There are only 65 rooms and a four bedroom villa, which just about qualifies the Maroma resort as a boutique luxury hotel.
The rooms all feature locally sourced materials, hand painted Mexican floor tiles, mahogany cabinets, beds are enveloped in soft white netting, and the effect is spectacular. Whilst there are televisions, they are only on request, and they only play DVD's, so it is great to escape from the real world whilst on your Mexican Vacation Special.
Room service is superb, and the day will begin with steaming pots of coffee delivered to the room at the time you have requested, and the room service breakfast is quite exceptional.
When it comes to facilities, if Spas are the thing to complete your vacation, then the huge spa is worth the trip alone. Ancient Mayan Healing underpins many of the treatments.
As you can imagine, the Maroma Hotel and Spa on the Mayan Riviera isn't cheap, but it is well worth the cost. You are only an hour or so away from the ancient Mayan site of Tulum, and Chichen Itza probably the best known site is around three hours drive. Another feature that is important is that there is very limited access for children less than sixteen years old.
Maroma has to be amongst the best hotels anywhere. It has an understated elegance, so if you want a Mexican vacation Special, then you couldn't choose better.
