All you can eat and drink, free water sports and hotel facilities, what could be better than an all inclusive holidays to a hotel of your choice in the location you want.
With an all inclusive holiday many hotels are now offering this facility on top of bed and breakfast, half and full board and it can work out to be an excellent and cost effective option. All inclusive incorporates all food and drink on your holiday within the resort. Although this may appear limiting for those who maybe want to travel further a field and explore their destination more, it takes the hassle out of having to carry around money all the time. And as we all know, we tend to spend much more on holiday than we intend so it is a good way to budget out.
All you can eat and drink is just that. Most hotels have buffet style meals, with a huge variety of food to cater for all tastes. Drink should include local wines and spirits and soft drinks and most hotels have dedicated all inclusive bars to differentiate them from paying customers. Beware that the food is often very similar from day to day although a lot of hotels do have themed nights – French or Italian cuisine. Some hotels offer the option of a la carte for one night per person per stay.
Facilities on all inclusive holidays should also be free although there are often hidden extras which you should check before you book. Free windsurfing may mean one free session per person per stay, the rest of the time, you have to pay.
As a rule of thumb, the smaller all inclusive hotels are generally better able to produce better quality as the larger ones tend to mass cater. So check out the resort you want to go to and opt for a hotel with a smaller number of rooms.
Tunisia, Spain, Turkey and the Canaries are all past masters at all inclusive and cater well for the UK tourist.
