Butterfly Watching at Butterfly Creek

Butterfly Creek has been identified as one of the finest and most inventive tourist attractions in Auckland, New Zealand. Some of the Butterflies that can be explored here are Atlas Moth, Blue Morpho, Asian Swallowtail, Smaller Wood Nymph, Scarlet Mormon and so much more. Visitors to Butterfly Creek can enjoy a train ride throughout the site on the two carriages Red Admiral Express that can accommodate about 50 passengers at once. The train ride passes by lakes, wetlands, tunnels, bridges, shark swamped waters and Treasure Island Mini Golf. This superb Auckland tourist site is ideal for the entire family because while parents sit back and relax at the onsite Papillon Bar and Café, kids can simply have loads of fun at the Curly’s playground. Located right next to the playground is the Bud’s Party Room which is ideal to host Children’s parties and birthdays. Butterfly Creek has always been well known for being an exceptional place for education and tour group visits.
