Columbian Leather

Those great looking leather bags from Dorado and Santa Fe are made in Columbia. You may have thought the country was known for coffee, but they actually manufacturer beautiful quality and styled leather briefcases, shave kits, men's handbags, duffels, and garment bags. The bags are all made of South American Vacquetta leather, which looks better and better with use. This leather is known for its durability and the rich patina it develops with continued use. Both of these brands make bags entirely of leather. The shoulder straps, backpack straps and bottom and sides are made entirely of this fine leather. They do not use manmade materials or fabric except in the lining. They offer a natural tan color, a rich chocolate brown and the traditional black. Their bags are known for their casual styling and many organizational pockets. Each bag has it's own distinctive features. From the fanny bag to the duffel on wheels, there's a style and shape for you. These bags also make perfect corporate gifts. The leathers can be embossed or debossed with a company name or logo. Individual initials can also be monogrammed on this handsome leather.

The distinctive locomotive logo sets the Santa Fe line apart from the Dorado merchandise. It also mixes two finishes of leather on each bag. The natural finished leather and the polished leather in the same monochromatic color lend each case a distinctive look and style. The most popular case is the rugged flap over brief with two-buckle closure. These buckles are for "show" and there's a handy push release button underneath to open and close the bag. The ergonomic shoulder strap has extra padding and affords comfort no matter how much you're carrying. The case has three large compartments and a four-pocket step down file. Inside there are leather tipped compartments that will handle all your sundries. There's room for your cell phone, pens, business cards, PDA and even glasses. The center compartment has padded sides and bottom and will easily handle up to a 17" laptop computer. The outside zipper pocket has a slide over feature for airline travel. It will easily fit over the pull-up handle of your lightweight luggage for ease when traveling. When not on the go, the zipper discretely zippers closed. They also make the same wonderful features in a zippered top model.

The famous Gladstone bag is also available from Santa Fe. This is the framed top duffel in a perfect size to carry onto an airplane. The wide opening on this bag makes it easy to pack and remove clothing. It also has the ergonomic padded shoulder strap for ease in carrying. Outside zippered pockets give you a place to keep your passport and airport-boarding pass. The companion piece to the Gladstone is the full-featured leather garment bag. This bag holds your suits; sport jackets and slacks comfortably and without wrinkling. There are also extra pockets on the outside of the garment bag for accessories, shoes, socks and underwear. Whether you travel with discount luggage or the finest bags available, the Santa Fe line says, "You've arrived in style."

The Dorado and Santa Fe leathers will give you years of enjoyment. They also offer fanny bags, shave kits, men’s handbags and backpacks in this durable leather. Many of these items will count among your most enjoyable travel accessories. The functional pockets and fine craftsmanship characterize each bag in the line. The Dorado and Santa Fe leathers compliment each other and can be carried together. The carry duffels are available from 18" to 24". There is a perfect size to take to the gym or go on a weekend trip. Keep the shave kit packed and available so you're ready to go at a moment's notice. There's extraordinary value in each and every piece of Dorado or Santa Fe from Columbia.
