Conference organisers should start by assessing the tone and level of service provided in initial correspondence with potential venues. The next step is to assess the number of communication tools offered between the organiser and the venue operator. If a conference venue offers phone numbers, mail address, fax numbers and email contacts, prospective attendees will be able to voice their concerns around the clock about accommodations and meeting spaces.
