A perfect mixture of old world and new, Edinburgh is any tourist's delight. No surprises then that it witnesses a flood of tourists who come flocking to this place every season. However, one thing that should always be kept in mind by any enthusiast who wants to visit Edinburgh is that he must visit it after thoroughly going through an Edinburgh guide so that he does not miss out on any attraction of the place.

One tourist attraction which enchants tourists is royal palace. A magnificent piece of work, it can well be termed as the pride of Edinburgh guide. It would be interesting to know that this palace, at one point of time, was the official residence of the royal family. Another highlight of the place is Holy rood palace, the official residence of the Queen of Scotland.

A glance at Edinburgh guide will reveal that Edinburgh is the pride owner of a number of well maintained gardens, places of historical importance, zoos etc. which keep the visitors glued to the place and not let them feel bored.
