Phueng Szysh loves to write about her beloved Newcastle. She enjoys Newcastle incalls with Busty Newcastle models and independent Newcastle models.
Newcastle has constantly bragged of its sources, being a city that startedas a Roman settlement centuries ago. Today, Newcastle recollects its sources in history with many museums and parks dedicated to its tradition, as well as staying up to date with their simple buildings and entertainment. Visitors to Newcastle can visit many diversified areas of fun, entertainment, and learning, no matter whether they are young or old.
Newcastle is a excellent location to do business in, or to travel to for relaxation, and to visit its improving and breathtaking history.
The Tyne Bridge is definitely the most popular place of interest in all Newcastle. It connects Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead and was designed by Mott, Hay, and Anderson who are also credited for designing the equally popular and beautiful Forth Road Bridge. After designing, Dorman Long and Co. were commissioned to build the bridge.
The bridge was also given cinematographic importance in the movie "Goal" due to the magnificence of the structure.
One can also visit St. James Park, where Newcastle United Football Clubs plays its home matches. It is usually filled with a capacity crowd of 52,387 when the club plays. This is helped by the fact that Newcastle United is the only football club in all Newcastle
The 'new castle' hosts different sets of tours that include sites in and around the perimeter. You can view the chambers, galleries, other architectural and art pieces, and most of all catch a majestic view that spans across Tyne from the top of the castle. The tour is an educational experience for those who are interested in how people lived in medieval castles. After your visit to the castle, the Discovery Museum will give you the full history of the city, celebrating its achievements with various exhibits. Museum tours in Newcastle are catered to families who are looking for fun day outs. The laid back atmosphere of Newcastle inspires many tourists to learn more about this city.
There also exist several exquisite restaurants and food stalls in Newcastle upon Tyne. One specific place of interest is the Black Bull Public House, which is one of the most famous pubs in all Newcastle upon Tyne. It is famous on football match days and apparently offers some of the best beer in the whole city. Testimonies from match-goers state that Black Bull provides a good match experience that doesn't require one to visit St. James Park.
A good restaurant in Newcastle is Comfort Food Co Ltd. The food is well cooked and well presented according to testimonies. The restaurant also offers wine. The restaurant is usually half full by 9 pm, so tourists should try to get there early to avoid the rush.
Certainly the best entertainment in Newcastle comes from St. James Park. Whenever Newcastle United Football clubs play a match, all the fans and the townspeople are involved in it. Everyone supports the players through thick and thin. Michael Owen, for example, has gone through a series of injuries, but the Newcastle fans still believe that he is the answer to their striker problems. Another example is Obafemi Martins, who after being rejected by FC Barcelona, was housed by the warm Newcastle crowd. An apt final example is Joey Barton, who always has court cases for assault. Both the Newcastle manager and the Newcastle fans still stand by him and support him during rough times.
When it comes to entertainment, there's nothing more entertaining than the excitement of Newcastle football, along with the warm crowd that can appreciate the human aspect of the athletes.
All in all, Newcastle is definitely a good town to visit for fans of football and common tourists alike. A lot of the events in the city are based around the only football club in Newcastle and that makes the city more or less a football crazy place. The Tyne Bridge is also nice to visit, as it is a wonderful feat in architecture and should endear fans of such structures and common people alike.
