Flights to Pakistan

Pakistan is situated in South East Asia with 650 miles of coastline along the Arabian Sea and Gulf of Oman in the south, sandwiched in the middle by Afghanistan and India in the west and east, and borders China in the far north-east. It has the second largest Muslim population in the world after Indonesia, thus travel for holiday makers during the fasting month is less.

Karachi and Lahore are two main airports supporting the passengers to Pakistan. Daily incoming flights are available on many different airlines that fly there. Lufthansa being one of the biggest German carriers in Middle East offers a trice weekly flight to Pakistan from Germany and other global route network. Many one stop or non-stop flights are offered to enable shorter journey time.

Demand for flights to Pakistan increases steadily as the country continues to rebuild. Many international companies are setting up businesses and investing in Pakistan due to cheaper labor cost and the government’s policies that invite international investments. As a country with 6th largest population in the world, Pakistan is a good stage for commercial services and raw material processing. Business travels make flights to Pakistan an important and fast way to get there and also to go out of the country. An industrial city is also available in Lahore engaging in processing production. Most likely those companies were set-up by foreign investors who will travel to Pakistan frequently to monitor their businesses and also to transfer expertise.

Pakistan has a lot of universities with professional researches. Most of them found jobs overseas and returns to Pakistan frequently to visit their families. People from Pakistan are known for their hard working attitude and are highly educated. Most people who graduated will leave the country in search for higher salary jobs and send back money to their family.

Tourism is also another growing industry in Pakistan. It has historical ruins from ancient civilizations such as Mohenjo-daro, Harappa and Taxila. People interested in sports and adventure can also visit the Himalayan hill stations for winter sports or climb the K2 Mountain. The peak season is from April to September which sees the demands for flights to Pakistan increase significantly.
