Florida is a hugely popular destination and is in fact the most popular holiday destination in North America. Its year round sun is a huge attraction for millions of tourists. Central Florida is the home to one of the biggest Florida attractions – theme parks! If you are in Miami it is certainly worth visiting the Everglades which isn’t far from Miami. The Everglades are marshy grass plains full of wildlife and home to many an alligator. It’s another attraction Florida can offer that caters for the family.
Florida is one of those locations that there is so much choice on offer that you can pick and choose to suit you’re individual tastes. If you have the time head down to the beautiful Florida Keys where locals are laid back and relaxed. Florida Keys has around 800 islands of which 42 are linked to by bridges. Different parts of the keys will suit different tourists, if you are in a group or a couple it is better to head south to Key West. If you are on holiday with your family the Upper and Lower Keys is best as you will find plenty of water sports and activities.
Florida , nicknamed the ‘Sunshine State’, offers activities for everyone whether you like a mix of adventure and relaxation, holidaying with the kids or if you just want to spend some time anytime of year with some sun you can find it in Florida. The amazing rides and rollercoaster’s will keep the kids happy and the fine food and wine to enjoy will ensure adults are kept entertained too. Florida Holidays certainly caters for all.
