Get More Out of Your Holiday With Cheap Car Hire in Malaga

Situated in the south coast of Spain, Malaga is on the Costa del Sol coast of the Mediterranean and this has meant that Tourism has boosted revenues. Such has been the increase in holiday-makers to Malaga; plans to build a new terminal to supplement the two already in use are well underway.

Most people like to travel around and take their time when visiting places and car hire is the best way to do this. Malaga is a very accessible place and with the airport just 8 kilometres west of the city, it will not take you long to get your holiday underway (after all, there is nothing worse than having to travel for hours when you arrive at your destination). It is advisable to hire your car before you arrive, this mainly because people panic buy and end up with either a bad deal or a deal that they do not fully understand, i.e. what they are covered for etc.

There are many options to choose from when booking cheap car hire , you will no doubt get bombarded with offers from local rental companies but, as mentioned before, buying before you go is the best way to ensure you find the best deal and also to ensure you understand what you are covered for. Remember, you must produce a valid driving license and a copy is not acceptable and any other drivers that may drive the rental car will have to be included on the policy.

There is a lot to do in Malaga and one way to see it all is to take a walk up to “Gibrafaro Castle”, which offers an extensive view of the city. The main commercial street in Malaga is called Calle Larios and is accessible by taking the promenade that runs alongside a park containing many statues and palm trees (very relaxing to have a picnic in). As well as many parks, there are museums, cathedrals and theatres for more sophisticated tastes.

Wherever you visit and whatever you do be sure to hire a car and see it all at your own pace. Hiring cars in Spain is cheaper than anywhere in Europe due to the competition, this means finding cheap car hire in Malaga will be a breeze and to ensure you find the best deals, shop online to compare several offers at the click of a button.

Train Trips In Thailand

By: Tom Aikins | 28/12/2009
The River Kwai Death Railway is probably the best of Thailand's scenic rail trip option. However it is really the infamy of the line that escalates this trip in the eyes of the visitor. Admittedly spectacular in parts and with beautiful scenery along the Kwai Noi River to Namtok at the end of the line, it is but a small segment of the SRT system and by no means the only memorable sector to be found.
