Food, Food, Food! Yes readers, Puerto Vallarta’s food and the events that pertain to it are extremely tempting. Seth Cloutman who is a caterer, a cooking instructor and also a private chef, is planning two extremely interesting and delicious public events in order to celebrate the Independence this July. Even though both of the events that he is going to hold are distinctively different, they are going to be next to perfection.
For all those individuals who are not familiar with Seth Cloutman, I should let you know that he was the Executive Chef of the amazing restaurant called the Coconuts Bar and Grill. This restaurant featured Southern comfort food and owing to this reason he had a thriving business with loyal customers. The first event that Cloutman held was on the 4th of July called the "Coconuts One-Night-Only Dinner." It was extremely enjoyable, delicious and satisfying if I may add.
Since Cloutman’s Coconuts Bar and Grill closed down, the people of Puerto Vallarta have been posing numerous requests to him to cook some more of his satisfying country fried steak, BBQ pork ribs with homemade sauce, meat loaf, mashed potatoes, collard greens, creamed spinach, fried green tomatoes, and many many more delectables. Hence, he could not have provided the people with a better opportunity than this event that he held on the 4th of July.
The Coconuts One-Night-Only Dinner event was an “all-you-can-eat” event where you could have chilled bear and wine to enhance your entire eating experience. The people were more than happy to have a familiar taste of Cloutman’s cooking and the way this event was received it showed that the people of Puerto Vallarta really missed it. The price of this fabulous dinner was only $250 pesos / $19 USD per person. Reservations were also made by some people to obtain an early seating which begun at 5 p.m. There was also a second seating which began at 8 p.m. which also displayed grand fireworks. Food with great wine and chilled beer accompanied by the different hues of vibrant fireworks illuminated the night of every person in Puerto Vallarta who attended this event.
The food was thoroughly enjoyed by every one who was present at this event for the reason that they genuinely missed Seth’s cooking. The “all-you-can-eat” factor only enhanced this one night dinner experience. This was an opportunity that was most availed by people who came with their loved ones and family because it was a memorable night which they will always remember. The colours of the fireworks lightened up the life of not only the tourists but also the locals of Puerto Vallarta who have been going through major economical strains because of the economical tumult, owing to the Flu. Puerto Vallarta still hosts events almost every day and Seth Cloutman will be hosting a second event that will take place very soon. So for all the people who missed this event, don’t miss the next one because it is just around the corner!
